If you're thinking of joining us, we need to make sure you're the right fit for us, and we're the right fit for you first. Alignment is super important to us. If we both feel good about moving forward, we offer a few different options and can also tailor a package specifically to your goals and what kind of support will serve you best. This helps us make sure you're placed in the right program for long-term success.
Most clients notice changes within 2-3 weeks (more energy, clothes fitting better). Significant body composition changes typically take 8-12 weeks, depending on where you're starting and how consistent you are. The key is consistency - that's what we focus on.
That depends on your schedule. Everything is customized specifically to you, but it usually doesn't take more than 3 to 4 hours per week. We will adjust everything to your schedule and whether you do it at the gym or at home. Most clients say that once they get going, it becomes part of their routine.
No, not at all. Once we figure out your macros and calories, we can fit in the foods that you actually enjoy so you don't even feel like you're dieting. That's the whole point - this should be sustainable for you, not miserable. We focus on a flexible, realistic approach built around your life so you don't have to rely on motivation or discipline to succeed.
If on the call you'd like to join the program and we feel like you're a good fit, we will book your onboarding call typically within the next 7 days. You will fill out a questionnaire and tell us more about your current situation. On your onboarding call we will go over your custom training and nutrition protocols, what to expect the first 30 days, gather some more information, and answer any remaining questions.
You'll also be given access to our app. If at any point throughout the week you'd like to make changes, just let us know. Based on the data we've gathered, we found that multiple human touch points are extremely crucial within the first 30 days period. We want to make sure you have the clarity and support you need to set you up for success.
For most people, it's not time deficiency, it's actually energy deficiency. You have the time but you're not using it correctly because you're so exhausted. Lack of time is a symptom of a bigger problem, and that's poor eating habits, lack of movement and structure. Nonetheless, most of our clients spend 10–20 minutes a day following the plan. Travel and events are normal. We'll plan around them so you stay on track without sacrificing your life. Most clients travel during the program and still see results because the system is built to work anywhere.
